Follow the steps given below to view the list of invitations sent or scheduled for answers from the customers:


1. Go to the “Answer Invitations” category on the left bar.



2. You can see a list of sent or scheduled invitations of the questions (along with the product SKU, number of recipients, and the sent date) to the customers asking for the answers.


3. Check "Status" to know which invitation is sent and which is scheduled.
